Green Net processes personal data concerning the representatives of suppliers and customers of legal entities and those of individual customers in its activity. Green Net attaches due importance to the data you provide to it, regardless of how you collaborate with it, in order to respect your right to privacy.

We assure you that when we collect, record, store, use or process in any other way personal data we respect an adequate level of data protection and we take all necessary measures to ensure their confidentiality.

In order to ensure confidentiality, Green Net ensures that its employees are properly trained so that they know and respect the principles established in terms of data protection by the General Regulation on personal data protection 2016/679. Depending on the category of data subjects, the different categories of personal data are processed so as to respect the necessary principle and proportionate to the purpose of processing.

In relation to the representatives of the suppliers and of the clients, the processing of personal data is based on the contract or the legal obligation established in its task, the purpose being related to the good development of the contractual relationship or to the fulfillment of an obligation.

We may process your data to the extent you have provided it to us by joining the Beautik card loyalty program, completing the form provided on the tablet in stores or by creating an account on the Beautik website to place orders. The basis for the data processing may be represented by the consent of the data subject or by the undertaking of the steps, at the request of the data subject, in order to conclude a contract.

The purpose of data processing in the case of online account can be represented by: informing users / customers (Buyers) on the status of their account on, informing users / customers on the evolution and status of orders, evaluation of products and services offered, commercial activities, product and service promotion, marketing, advertising, media, administrative, development, market research, statistics, sales tracking and monitoring.

Regarding the marketing activity, we specify that in the e-mails or newsletters of direct marketing that could be sent to you there will always be a link that you can click to unsubscribe and no longer receive promotional information from we.

Green Net guarantees that access to personal data is granted only to its employees within the limits established by the job description in order to perform their tasks.

Your personal data may be provided to the Prosecutor's Office, the Police, the Courts and other competent state bodies, based on and within the limits of the legal provisions and as a result of expressly formulated requests.

Personal data is stored by Green Net on its servers, which are managed by a computer system that ensures an adequate level of security.

Your personal data will not be stored longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing, unless the retention of data is required by law. At the expiration of the terms thus established, all data that would allow the identification of persons will be deleted / anonymized, and those that may be useful for statistical purposes will be kept.

The data subjects have the following rights: information, access to data, intervention on data, opposition to data processing (for reasons related to the particular situation), not to be subject to an individual decision and the right to address the authority surveillance. At the same time, the data subject has the right to request the deletion of data (if the conditions provided by the relevant legislation are met).
